What are the requirements for housing loan?
STANDARD REQUIREMENTS:
· 2 Valid ID's ( Passport / TIN ID / PRC )
· 2pcs 2x2 pictures (applicants)
· Proof of billing address
· Tax Identification number
· Photocopy of Contract of Employment
Certificate of Employment
· Photocopy of passport (with entries)
· PAyslips for last 3 months
· Special power of Attorney (with consular seal if notarized abroad) We will send you the form from office and from the bank (for bank loan). Optional kung may authorized representative.
Do you construct house only?
Yes we can build your dream house. As long as your residential lot have clean title. The minimum house price is 2 million pesos. Just send your the house design you like and we will make your dream into reality.
How much downpayment requires upon move-in to ready for occupancy house/condo?
The developer will usually ask for 15% - 20% downpayment from the total selling price.
Do you sell lot only?
Yes we have residential, commercial, farm and beach front property which are ideal to invest.
